We invest back into the innovation and development of our products to ensure we’re serving our customers in the best ways possible. Teams across the company continuously look for new technology and enhancements to increase machine performance and productivity.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Douglas is focused on finding ways to improve and innovate. Every employee owner consistently looks for opportunities and our Operational Excellence team has many programs to rewards behaviors that improve our processes. One such program is DIPs (Doulgas Improvement Projects). Employee owners are encouraged to look for things to improve – big or small – everything from ideas that can save the company a lot of money to re-organizing a shelf to improve item accessibility.
