ESOP
Douglas is 100% employee owned. Eligible employees receive company stock annually as a component of their retirement plan. This allows you to share in the growth and prosperity of the company.
401K
Save and invest for your future with pretax dollars from your paycheck. Douglas will match $1.50 for each $1.00 of pay contributed, up to 6% of your pay.
Roth 401K
Douglas also offers the option to participate to a Roth 401k with after-tax contributions, which are free from federal tax as they grow and are withdrawn as long as qualifications are met.
