Shift Differential

Employee owners who choose to work alternative shifts such as afternoon, evening or weekend shifts, are eligible to receive a shift differential premium of up to 25% in addition to our base salaries.

Weekend shifts also enjoy a 36-hour work week, but get paid for 40.

ID Theft Protection

This protection helps to safeguard our employee owners from identity theft and the hardships associated with it.

Legal Plan

This optional benefit grants employee owners access to legal services and consultations with discounted group rates for a wide range of legal matters including wills, family, real estate matters and more.

Safety Equipment Reimbursements
